Start time: 7:00 AM sharp (reliability is essential)
Schedule: Weekdays. Occasional Saturdays during busy season.
Pay: $18–$23/hour + performance bonuses
Location: Report to the Shine office daily
If a consistent early start or physical work isn’t for you, this role will not be a fit.
What You’ll Do
Meet your crew at 7:00 AM to prep for the day
Ride in a company vehicle to homes and businesses
Clean windows and perform exterior services
Work outdoors, on ladders, and at heights
Interact professionally with customers
Represent a clean, professional brand in high-end neighborhoods
Return to the office each day with your team
What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and willingness to do physical labor
Comfortable working outside and at heights
Able to lift and carry ladders (up to 30 lbs)
Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
Positive attitude and coachable mindset
Reliable transportation to work
