Overview

Selling Paycor, a Paychex Company's products and services by developing new clients and increasing the client base to increase profits in the Core Sales, Human Resource Services Sales, or Major Market Sales organizations. The Senior Enterprise Sales Executive identifies potential clients through prospecting activities, consults with the potential clients to identify which Paycor products and services will solve their business challenges, and ultimately sells those solutions to new clients within assigned territories. The seller is responsible for selfgenerating leads through prospecting, telemarketing, sales database management (CRM), and networking. This seller is an expert in our sales process and product offering and is accountable for forecasting their sales on a monthly basis and for achieving assigned monthly and annual sales quota.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage the GotoMarket Sales Strategy to identify customers needs and present the Paychex solution to key stakeholders and decision makers in accordance with the clients preference on inperson or virtual interaction to increase revenue and market share.
  • Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources to secure referrals to end users.
  • Prospect for new clients and new referral sources utilizing telephone, direct mail, seminars, current client visits, or other local marketing programs directed by Sales management.
  • Analyze customer needs and interests, determine which products are appropriate, and refer to the appropriate party when necessary.
  • Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports by the agreedupon dates set by Sales management.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems or complaints.
  • Project a positive image in representing the Corporation to clients and the community.
  • Travel outside of geographical territory for the purpose of attending conferences, training sessions, and/or area zone meetings.

Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma Required
  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • 7 years of experience in relevant professional sales.
  • 5 years of experience in HCM industry.
  • Experience carrying a sales quota.
  • CORE HCM provider experience.
  • Experience working with midsize businesses or larger.
  • Drivers License Required

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation range for this position is typically between $75,000 $250,000 . This range includes base pay plus commissions but does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience, which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
