Senior Medical Billing Clerk

Summary: Analyzes and monitors preparation of patient accounts and resolves more complex billing issues; trains billing unit personnel; monitors daily reports for system errors; evaluates problems and appropriately reports or resolves such issues. Starting hourly rate is $23.86

Qualifications: Required Education and Experience High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time experience in medical billing and follow-up procedures or a related field. NOTE: Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
