We are actively reviewing applications for our Registered Nurse Med/Surg Essentia Health Duluth/Miller Dwan position.-You will be responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - You will delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions. - You will contribute to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Qualifications :

• BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing

• Current nursing licensure in Minnesota

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or ability to become certified within 1 month from date of hire.

Experience :

1 year acute Med/Surg Experience is preferred

Shift Rotation: Day/Night Rotation (United States of America)

Shift Start/End: 0700, 1900/1930, 0730

Hours Per Pay Period: 60

Compensation Range: $43.30 - $66.22 / hour

Union: Miller Dwan MNA RNs (MDRN)

FTE: 0.75

Weekends: Every 3rd
