Role Snapshot

As a PLC Controls Maintenance Specialist, you’ll be the go‑to expert for keeping automated equipment running at peak performance. You’ll troubleshoot PLCs, resolve electrical and mechanical issues, and execute preventive maintenance that prevents the next failure before it happens.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled systems, electrical components, and mechanical assemblies.
• Maintain and improve industrial automation equipment to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Develop, schedule, and perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Apply PLC programming knowledge to make thoughtful system adjustments within established standards.
• Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems to stabilize and optimize machine performance.
• Partner with production to meet daily targets and advance continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• Required: Strong PLC troubleshooting capability; proficiency in electrical and mechanical diagnostics; hands‑on experience maintaining automated equipment; a proven ability to design and implement preventive maintenance plans.
• Preferred: Prior manufacturing experience; familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics; experience with PLC programming and fine‑tuning; demonstrated cross‑functional collaboration.
