• Weekend call coverage -- Friday 7am to Monday 7am
• Patient mix: 70% pediatric, 15% adolescent, 15% newborn patients
• PICU setting with resident support for initial trauma response
• 30-minute response time requirement for trauma cases
• Required skills include central lines, chest tubes, and thoracentesis
• Experience with ECMO cases preferred
• Board certified pediatric surgeon required
• Weekend coverage needed for ongoing schedule
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
