It’s Wednesday and you know what that means…a new workout video!! Summer is less than 3 weeks away and I have gotten a ton of requests for more ab routines. It’s important to mix up your exercises so that you continue to build fitness and don’t plateau. This week’s DempseyFit workout video is called Summer Abs.
