- 1 small or ½ large chopped frozen banana
- ½ cup pineapple
- ¼ cup fat free or low fat Greek yogurt
- ¼ -1/2 cup of coconut water (depending on consistency preference)
- In blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. For thinner consistency, add more coconut water.
