Post-Workout Pineapple Banana Smoothie



  • 1 small or ½ large chopped frozen banana
  • ½ cup pineapple
  • ¼ cup fat free or low fat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ -1/2 cup of coconut water (depending on consistency preference)


  • In blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. For thinner consistency, add more coconut water.
  • Serve and enjoy!
