Marie Claire’s 10 Equipment-Free Arms Exercises


For most of the country, cold weather has officially arrived.  Most Americans are trading in their tank-tops and bikinis for turtlenecks and parkas.  And as the saying goes, “Out of sight, out of mind.”  But just because our arms (and practically the rest of our bodies with the exception of our faces) are covered up during the winter months, does not mean we should neglect them.  Because come May…you’ll be starting from square one.

A few weeks ago, I had the opportunity to contribute to an article for Marie Claire10 Simple, No-Equipment-Necessary Exercises for Strong, Sculpted Arms.  According to the article, written by Chelsea Pang: “To ensure the adjective “baggy” only applies to our sweaters this season, we consulted four fitness experts who kindly provided nine easy exercises that require nothing more than some room and a bit of motivation.
