Guess what today is? It’s Hump Day and that means it is also Workout Wednesday! When I created this website back in May, I believe I may have been a bit too ambitious with my posting goals. I thought that I would be able to create new, and more importantly, QUALITY content on practically a daily basis. As it turns out, I may have overestimated my post-making abilities. Hence why we haven’t had a Workout Wednesday in FAR too long. But fear not, Workout Wednesday is back just in time to help you all keep off those holiday pounds!!
A little over a week ago, I was featured in a segment on Access Hollywood! I share a 15-minute workout that only requires a pair of dumbbells and will help tone your entire body. It is fun, simple and, of course, effective! When summer ends, the days get shorter, the weather gets colder and we tend to spend more time indoors and move less. This all adds up to putting on an unwanted winter layer. Plus, there’s the delicious and fattening holiday foods, which only add to the problem. It starts with Halloween, then comes Thanksgiving, then Christmas, and by the time the New Year’s confetti has fallen, we are left to make resolutions. Don’t let that be you!
