Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls and Banana Bites!

Protein Bites                        

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1 tbs chopped almonds
  • 1 tbs semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbs coconut flakes

Directions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well
  • Roll into 4 small balls
  • Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes

Banana Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbs chopped almonds
  • 1 tbs coconut

Directions:

  • Slice banana into one-inch pieces
  • Microwave chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl for 30 seconds, stirring every 10 seconds
  • Carefully dip banana pieces into melted chocolate
  • Sprinkle with toppings
  • Freeze for 20 minutes
