Happy Monday everybody! Summer is less than a week away!! How exciting is that?! Summer is my (and Dempsey’s) favorite season and we have a lot of fun, awesome content planned for you guys in the next couple of months. If you have any suggestions of what you’d like to see, shoot us a message and we’ll get on it! That being said, we thought it would be fun do a week of themed recipes. And what better way to start off than with AVOCADO! Avocados are one of our absolute favorite foods because they’re not only delicious, but they also have a ton of health benefits. We’re kicking off avocado week with a Blueberry Avocado Smoothie. Super simple to make and also super yummy. Try it out and let me know what you think!
- ½ large avocado peeled and pitted
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup bananas
- ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- ¼ cup spinach
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add water if the consistency is too thick.
