Best Arm Exercises for Women

I have been active my whole life, but one part of my body that I neglected for a long time was my arms.  I knew exercises I needed to do to get strong legs…squats, lunges, etc.  But when it came to my upper body, I was at a loss and embarrassed by how little strength I had.  I eventually got a personal trainer who taught me how to tone and strengthen my arms and I fell in love with arms exercises (not exaggerating at all).  So now allow me to pay it forward.  This week’s post as guest editor for Diets In Review focuses on arm strength specifically for women!
