Banana Nut Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 almond milk
  • 2 tbs peanut butter
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 tbs chopped almonds
  • 1 tbs chocolate chips
  • 1 tbs coconut flakes

Directions:

  • In a medium bowl, using a fork, mash together peanut butter and 1/2 banana
  • Add oats and almond milk and mix well
  • Refrigerate overnight
  • When ready to eat, stir well and microwave for 1 minute (or until warm)
  • Top with almonds, banana, chocolate chips, and coconut flakes
