12-Minute Quickie Workout!

Happy almost Fourth of July!! Holiday weekends are so much fun, BUT I know I always feel better about indulging when I get a workout in.  However, I usually don’t want to spend a ton of time working out when there is fun to be had! That’s why I created the 12-Minute Quickie Workout!  Yes, it only takes 12 minutes AND it tones your whole body AND burns fat and calories because you’re going hard the whole time.  Plus, it requires no equipment so no trip to the gym!  (I do recommend running through a quick warmup before the workout so that your muscles are warm and ready-to-go!)  Give it a go tomorrow and then have fun celebrating the Fourth!
